Strong steel reinforcement and steel coping are installed to define precise geometry and grind edges, ensuring structural integrity and consistent feature performance.
Curved and vertical features are sprayed with shotcrete for smooth, accurate transitions. This method allows tight radii and complex forms to be built efficiently and consistently.
Smooth, hand-finished concrete slabs complete the park. This creates seamless surfaces for streets, plazas, and flat areas, providing high-quality ride experience.
At every stage, levels, edges, coping alignment, and surface finish are inspected to maintain professional standards and ensure a flawless final product.
