Steel columns are erected and aligned to form the primary structure, followed by the installation of stainless steel cables in a defined order to create the supporting framework. The tensile membrane is then installed and undergoes a staged tensioning process, where loads are applied gradually in a controlled cross-pattern to achieve the final form, eliminate imperfections, and ensure structural integrity.

Throughout the process, full integration is maintained between the shade structure and the facilities below, eliminating conflicts and ensuring a seamless outcome. Precision at every stage — from geometry and alignment to cable tension and membrane shaping — is critical, as even minor deviations can impact both performance and appearance.
