Ships and boats as a play structure are one of the playground classics. The Fishing Ship with it’s many play functions makes it possible for everybody to play. Easy access via stairs makes allows smaller children to enjoy the activities on the upper deck. Children get to challenge their skills and abilities in various climbing and balancing activities, and use their imagination creating stories as the ships crew. The ground level maze and surfaces creates multiple opportunities for traditional play and roleplay. The frame of the Fishing Ship is impregnated glue laminated timber made from Nordic pine. Paneling and walls are made from HPL. Ropes are vinyl covered steel wire. The product has been designed for public outdoor use.
