Construction follows a controlled methodology beginning with foundation preparation, including excavation, reinforcement, and concrete works for in-ground systems or slab verification for surface-mounted equipment, followed by anchoring using pre-cast anchor bolts or chemical anchors. Equipment is assembled, lifted, aligned, and secured using torque-controlled fixings and levelling techniques, with in-ground systems integrated through concrete casting, vibration, curing, and strength verification, and surfacing such as rubber flooring or sand installed in coordination with the equipment

Throughout delivery, specialist teams including project management, engineering, QA/QC, OSH, surveyors, and installation crews operate under strict safety, environmental, and quality control procedures, with installation treated as a critical stage to ensure the design intent is achieved. Rigorous quality assurance is maintained through inspections, testing, documentation, and defect control, with each project completed through full inspection, certification, and structured handover to ensure long-term reliability, compliance, and user safety.
